We went out to the lake for an overnight at my parent's place spur of the moment on Sunday. I am so glad that we did get away, even though it was so brief. We were glad that the girls had so much fun playing on the beach at the lake, going to the pool, and this one fun boat ride.
This takes me back to boating when we were growing up. Adam and I both had parents who owned boats and we have lots of memories enjoying the lake. When you are a kid, you just have to ride up at the front! And if you are my kid...you just have to go to the front of the boat to the back of the boat over and over again...
Nothing wears you out faster than a boat ride on the lake...quickest way to a nap.
